Data Deletion Instructions

The Log Cabin Bureau (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you, including data associated with connecting through Facebook or Instagram.

What data we may hold

• Contact and membership enquiry details you submitted (name, email address, company, phone number, message);
• Member account information and activity, if you have an account with us;
• Basic technical data such as server logs.

We use our Facebook and Instagram connection only to publish the Bureau’s own posts to our own social accounts. We do not collect or store personal information about visitors from Facebook or Instagram.

How to request deletion

To have your personal data deleted, email [email protected] from the address associated with your enquiry or account, using the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include any details that will help us locate your information.

We will confirm your request and delete the relevant personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
